Cyber Tigers to represent South Africa in Australia!
The Submerged season is here and the Cyber Tigers hit it off with a bang by winning regionals for Season 2024 - 2025.
At Nationals we received an invite to represent South Africa in Australia at the FLL Asia Pacific Open and in South Africa at the Open African Championship
From where do we come?
We are a small robotics team in Swellendam, a beautiful town situated in the Western Cape, South Africa. We are teamed up with excellent coaches, who offer up so much for us.

Our background story?
Jean, Luka and Christelle have been doing Lego Robotics since the start of 2018 in the garage of our loving coaches, Christian and Sanet. Lara started Lego Robotics in 2019. Our journey started with a crazy robotics storyline, set in the future, being followed in the garage. We started with WRO competitions and in 2022 participated in our first FLL season; Cargo Connect. Even though it was only our first season, we came 1st at regionals and 4th at nationals. We were so intrigued by FLL after our first season that we decided to participate in another season; Masterpiece. Being our second season, we were more experienced and came 1st at regionals as well as at nationals. After many fund raises, we finally had enough money to travel to Houston, Texas to participate at Worlds. We met so many amazing people at Worlds and shockingly received 2 awards; a 1st place with the innovation project and an award for Gracious Professionalism®. Sadly the Masterpiece season was Jean and Luka's last FLL season, but the Cyber Tigers are still participating with new members and receive help from them Luka and Jean from time to time.
Reaching out to rural schools!
On the 17th to the 20th April the Cyber Tigers participated the Worlds Festival competition in Houston, Texas.
